# Own warehouse Own warehouse in Ritevo: adding products, prices and stock by hand, several warehouses at once, price rules and adding products through the API. An own warehouse is a place for products you manage yourself. Nothing is fetched from outside - you add products, prices and stock in Ritevo or through the API. > **Required integration:** You need no external account. You can add as many Own warehouse integrations as you like - each has its own set of products, for example with different price rules. Each works on its own. Uniqueness is not checked, on purpose: every create call makes a new integration, also for the same `externalId`, so one account can have several integrations with different details or settings. ## Connecting the account Start in Ritevo: 1. Go to **Integrations** in the left panel and click **Add integration** in the top right corner. 2. In the **Warehouses and wholesalers** section pick the **Own warehouse** tile. 3. In the **Account name** field enter the warehouse name, for example “Main warehouse”, and click **Create integration**. ![The integrations list in Ritevo with the Add integration button in the top right corner framed](https://ritevo.com/docs/integrations/en-integrations-list.webp) ![The Add integration screen with the Own warehouse tile framed in the Warehouses and wholesalers section](https://ritevo.com/docs/integrations/own-warehouse/en-catalogue.webp) ![The Own warehouse add screen with the Account name field and the Create integration button](https://ritevo.com/docs/integrations/own-warehouse/en-add.webp) ## Integration settings On the integration page you will find the fields below. You save changes with **Update integration**: - **Account name** - your own name for the integration. You see products under it in the **Integration** column of the **Products** list. - **Transformation rules** - **Price rules** and **Stock rules** that change every price and every stock level of this integration, for example to add a margin. Described in [Fetching products](https://ritevo.com/en/docs/products/fetching-products#rules). - **Add product** - a button in the page header. It opens the new product form with this integration already selected. ![Own warehouse integration details: account name, transformation rules and the Add product and Update integration buttons](https://ritevo.com/docs/integrations/own-warehouse/en-details.webp) Integration fields: `accountName` and `transformationRules`. Create: `POST /integrations/warehouses/own` with `accountName`, change: `PATCH /integrations/warehouses/own/{id}`. An own warehouse has no `syncInterval`. ## Adding products You add a product in the **Products** menu or on the integration page: 1. Click **Add product** and pick this warehouse, if it is not selected yet. 2. Fill in **Basic data**, **Identifiers**, **Description** and **Dimensions**. You can leave **External id** empty - if you enter a value that already exists in this warehouse, we update that product instead of creating a new one. 3. Click **Save product**. 4. In the product add a price with **Add price** and save it with **Save price**. 5. Add stock with **Add stock** and save it with **Save stock**. A product can have several stock levels, for example from different shelves or locations. > **Good to know:** Saving is queued in the background - you see **Product creation requested** or **Product update requested**, and the changes show up shortly. Images cannot be added in the app - you provide them only through the API. ## Deleting the integration **Delete integration** turns the integration off in Ritevo and stops fetching. Products, prices and stock levels saved earlier stay in the **Products** list. **Restore integration** turns it back on. ## What the integration does not do - It does not import products from a file - you add larger amounts through the API, up to 1000 products per request. - It does not deduct or reserve stock after a sale - stock in Ritevo changes only through a wholesaler fetch or your own edit. - It does not send products, prices or stock levels to sales channels. ## The integration through the API This integration's endpoints are under `/integrations/warehouses/own`, and the ones shared by the whole type (list, get one, delete, restore) under `/integrations/warehouses`. You save products with `PUT /integrations/warehouses/{integrationId}/products` (and `/prices`, `/stocks`) - details in [Fetching products](https://ritevo.com/en/docs/products/fetching-products#api). The current paths, fields, types and response codes are always in Swagger: https://api.ritevo.com/api/v1/api-docs. --- All help in one file: https://ritevo.com/llms-full.txt.
