Packing assistant
The packing assistant makes sure the right product in the right quantity goes into the box — before the courier picks it up.
You open an order in packing mode and scan the EAN codes of the products. Ritevo ticks off the items as you go, shows how many units are left and flags a code that does not belong to this order. You decide whether packing follows the list order or not — strict mode accepts only the current item, free mode accepts anything still left.
You can add a waybill scan to the flow: before packing or after it. The scanned code from the courier label ties the package to a specific shipment on the order and blocks using the same label twice. Packed parcels stay on the order as a record of who packed what, and whether it was scanned or forced.
Verification is based on linking a specific offer to a warehouse product — an offer is identified by its integration and its id there, so every sales channel keeps its own links. Packing runs from the keyboard and the scanner: actions have default shortcuts, and the same commands can be printed as a QR code and simply scanned.

How to set it up

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a special scanner?
No. Any barcode reader that behaves like a keyboard will do, but you can also scan with a phone or tablet camera — the panel is responsive and works on those devices. You can type the code by hand as well.
How does Ritevo know what should be in the parcel?
From the links between offers and products in your warehouse — that is how the system knows the EAN codes and quantities for each order item.
Does the packing assistant work for marketplace orders?
Yes, for orders from every connected channel, as long as the offers are linked to products.
