Empik Integration
Connect your Empik account to Ritevo and run your sales from one panel. Enable message syncing — and conversations and incidents land in one inbox. Enable order syncing — and orders flow in automatically in the background. Configured automatic actions can issue an invoice, create a shipment or reply to a message for you.
What the Empik integration covers
You connect the integration with an API key from the account settings in the Empik Marketplace seller panel. You click Generate new key or copy the one you already have, and paste it into Ritevo.
Ritevo accepts orders awaiting acceptance on its own, so you do not have to accept them in the Empik panel.
Ritevo receives the whole order: the buyer, payment, invoice details, delivery together with the pickup point, line items and the buyer's message. Nothing has to be filled in by hand.
At an incident report on an order line you see the existing conversations with that buyer for that order and reply in them like in an ordinary message. When there is no conversation yet, you use the Write to the buyer in a new conversation button, and you close the incident with Resolve incident, giving a reason.
Conversations with buyers from the Empik panel land in the shared inbox. You reply from Ritevo, attachments included, without signing in to the Empik panel.
How it works
Add the integration in the Ritevo panel and go through a short authorization with the provider. The process looks the same for every integration.
Each feature has its own switch in the integration settings, e.g. order syncing, message syncing or product synchronization.
Add automatic actions: documents, shipments and replies will run on their own.
