Own warehouse Integration

The own warehouse does not connect to any external system and fetches nothing from outside. You add it under your own name, for example “Main warehouse”, and manage products, prices and stock yourself.

With Add product you fill in basic data, identifiers, description and dimensions, then add a price and stock. A product can have several stock levels, for example from different shelves or locations.

You can add as many own warehouses as you like. Each has its own set of products and works on its own, and the Integration column on the Products list shows which warehouse a product comes from.

Price rules and Stock rules change every price and every stock level of the warehouse, for example to add a margin. Warehouse product prices are net, and the rules also work on the net price.

Products are not imported from a file - you add larger amounts through the API, up to 1000 products per request. Through the API you also provide product images, which cannot be added in the app.

Add the integration in the Ritevo panel and go through a short authorization with the provider. The process looks the same for every integration.

Each feature has its own switch in the integration settings, e.g. order syncing, message syncing or product synchronization.

Add automatic actions: documents, shipments and replies will run on their own.
