Advanced rules that carry the order on their own
An automatic action is a trigger, a set of conditions and the steps that follow. It can be fired by an event on an order just as well as by a new message. Conditions are built from either one: channel, status, payment, delivery method, thread content and many other fields available from the order and the message. Steps can branch, so one rule takes the invoice customer down a different path than the pickup point parcel. You can do the same yourself from the order or the thread — your hand and the rule are equal paths, and without a rule nothing happens on its own.

What is Ritevo?

Does Ritevo have AI support?
Yes. Just connect your own AI account (or accounts) in the integrations section. Through automatic actions, AI can answer repetitive customer questions, and you only pay for your own usage.
Does Ritevo issue invoices, receipts and labels automatically?
Yes, if you set up such an action. By default you create documents and shipments from the order in one click. An automatic action does exactly the same without you — it issues an invoice or correction (including sending it to an e-invoicing system), hands the fiscal receipt to your fiscalization integration and creates a parcel with its label, for example right after the order is paid.
Does Ritevo have an API?
Yes. The panel runs on the same public API you get, so everything you click in Ritevo can also be done with a request from your own system. You can open the documentation from the API link in the top menu.
Does Ritevo do anything automatically without me knowing?
No. Every action (document, parcel, status, reply) can be done by you from the order or the message, or handed to an automatic action. Both paths are equal, but the only things that run on their own are the rules you create yourself, and every run is recorded in the history.
What is the packing assistant?
It is a packing mode where you scan the product's EAN code and Ritevo checks that you are packing the right item in the right quantity for that order. It works from the links between your offers and the products in your warehouse, and it cuts down shipping mistakes.
How fast can I get Ritevo running?
Usually within 15 minutes: you connect your sales channels, switch on the features you need and set up your first automatic action. There is no data migration and no onboarding project — once you switch on order syncing, orders start flowing into the panel, with new ones checked about every 10 minutes.
Who is Ritevo for?
