Erli Integration
Connect your Erli account to Ritevo and run your sales from a single panel. Buyer messages are handled through the e-mail integration in the shared inbox. Enable order syncing β and orders flow in automatically in the background. Configured automatic actions can issue an invoice, create a shipment or reply to a message for you.
What the Erli integration covers
In the Erli seller panel you open Ustawienia sklepu (shop settings), choose Metoda integracji and WΕasna integracja po API, then click Wygeneruj nowy klucz. You paste the key into Ritevo and the integration is ready.
Ritevo receives the whole order: the buyer, payment, invoice details, delivery together with the pickup point, and line items with prices and product images. Nothing has to be filled in by hand.
An order the buyer has returned is still shown by Erli as purchased. That is why in Ritevo such an order stays Confirmed.
Erli has no inbox of its own - buyers write by email to the address set in your Erli account. In the integration details the Add integration button takes you straight to connecting that mailbox.
Erli does not pass on services such as gift wrapping or carry-in. If you want to sell them, list them as a separate product or offer - they then show in the order as a regular line item.
How it works
Add the integration in the Ritevo panel and go through a short authorization with the provider. The process looks the same for every integration.
Each feature has its own switch in the integration settings, e.g. order syncing, message syncing or product synchronization.
Add automatic actions: documents, shipments and replies will run on their own.

Yes, once order syncing is enabled, Ritevo periodically syncs new and updated orders in the background.
Erli notifies you about messages via e-mail. Connect your mailbox through the e-mail integration and the threads will land in the shared Ritevo inbox.
No. Messages from the connected mailbox appear in Ritevo like ordinary emails and are not linked to the Erli integration or its orders.
In the Erli integration details in Ritevo click Update credentials and paste the new key.
