PrestaShop Integration
Connect your own PrestaShop store to Ritevo and run your sales from one panel. Enable message syncing — and customer service threads land in one inbox. Enable order syncing — and orders flow in automatically in the background. Configured automatic actions can issue an invoice and create a shipment for you.
What the PrestaShop integration covers
Ritevo reads the status list from your store and shows them under the names from the PrestaShop panel. The statuses PrestaShop is installed with are assigned up front, and you assign those added by payment modules or by hand yourself.
PrestaShop does not expose a list of payment modules, so you type their names yourself - the ones you see in an order's details or under Modules → Payment. The most common modules are filled in up front.
Gift wrapping and recycled packaging show up in the order as separate line items, even when they are free. The text the buyer wants added to the parcel appears in a Gift message box.
Discount codes appear as separate line items with a negative amount, so the items add up to the order total. The paid amount is the sum of payments registered in PrestaShop.
Ritevo receives threads from Customer Service - both from the contact form and those attached to an order. A thread about an order is attached to that order, and employees' private notes stay in the store.
How it works
Add the integration in the Ritevo panel and go through a short authorization with the provider. The process looks the same for every integration.
Each feature has its own switch in the integration settings, e.g. order syncing, message syncing or product synchronization.
Add automatic actions: documents, shipments and replies will run on their own.
Frequently asked questions
Yes, once order syncing is enabled, they sync periodically in the background, exactly like any other sales channel.
Once message syncing is enabled, PrestaShop customer service threads land in the shared Ritevo inbox, and a reply from Ritevo is stored in the store.
No. Each carrier module stores the chosen point on its own, out of Ritevo's reach. The order is fetched normally, but without the point - you see a warning about this at the top of the integration page.
You see the name of the attached file, because PrestaShop does not pass on the file itself - you open it in the PrestaShop panel. You cannot send an attachment in a reply from Ritevo either.
