Shipments and courier labels
You create the shipment where you handle the order — no logging into the courier panel.
You create the shipment with your chosen courier from the order data — from the order view yourself, or through an automatic action. The pickup point selected by the buyer and the COD amount are filled in automatically, so you never retype them or mix up addresses.
The label is available right in the order details — you download and print it in the same place where you pack. The tracking number can go out to the buyer immediately through an automatic action.
How parcels are created is yours to configure in the courier integration settings: the default package type, its dimensions and weight, the label format and whether the sender address is printed on it. A shipment created from an order then carries the data you use day to day.
