What the eBay integration covers
You connect your seller account by signing in to eBay as usual - no keys or passwords typed into Ritevo. You pick the tile, sign in, approve access and eBay sends you back to Ritevo - it all takes a minute.
eBay passes on only paid orders ready for processing, so every one arrives in Ritevo as Confirmed. Cancellations, returns and disputes are handled on eBay's side - they do not change the status in Ritevo.
Ritevo receives the whole order: the buyer, payment, delivery and line items with prices after discounts and offer images. You see exactly what the buyer paid for.
With eBay International Shipping the delivery address you see is the eBay hub you ship the parcel to, not the buyer's address.
Buyer messages from your eBay inbox land in the shared inbox and you reply to them from Ritevo. You can attach photos - eBay accepts images only.
How it works
Add the integration in the Ritevo panel and go through a short authorization with the provider. The process looks the same for every integration.
Each feature has its own switch in the integration settings, e.g. order syncing, message syncing or product synchronization.
Add automatic actions: documents, shipments and replies will run on their own.

No. eBay does not pass on pickup points, so the order arrives with a delivery address.
When eBay reports the account deletion, Ritevo right away turns off the integration with that account, replaces the account name and removes the access to eBay. Orders and messages fetched earlier stay.
