Ritevo Printer Integration

Each printer is a separate Printer integration in the panel, with its own token. You paste it into the Ritevo Printer app on the computer with the printer, and the app checks what printer it is on its own and starts waiting for jobs.

You print a label with the Print button in the Shipments card, and a receipt from the expanded receipt button in the order. In an automatic action the Print shipment label and Print receipt steps do it - on the printer you choose.

An ordered printout waits in the Current queue until the app picks it up - printouts ordered while the computer is off come out once it is on. In Print history you see what was printed and what ended with an error.

Before printing we check that the receipt is in Polish zloty and that its items add up to the document total. The app remembers printed receipts, and the same receipt ordered again on this computer is not printed a second time.

Closing the window hides the app in the system tray, and with Start the agent at login ticked it keeps printing after the computer restarts. On Windows and Linux (AppImage) a new version installs itself when nothing is printing.

Add the integration in the Ritevo panel and go through a short authorization with the provider. The process looks the same for every integration.

Each feature has its own switch in the integration settings, e.g. order syncing, message syncing or product synchronization.

Add automatic actions: documents, shipments and replies will run on their own.
