DPD Integration
Connect DPD to Ritevo and create courier shipments directly from the order. The label is available right away in the order details, and cash on delivery (COD) is set automatically based on the order.
What the DPD integration covers
You connect the integration with your DPD API login and password - different from your DPD panel login, you get them from your DPD account manager - and your Numkat numbers. The sender Numkat points to the dispatch location DPD bills the shipments to.
By default the shipment goes by courier to the address from the order. With the Dostawa do punktu PUDO service ticked, it goes to the DPD Pickup point chosen in the order - an order without a pickup point ends with an error.
You tick the DPD services added to every shipment, for example Saturday delivery, delivery by 12:00 or return documents. Etykieta cyfrowa and Nadanie w punkcie PUDO only work when ticked together.
You enter the parcel dimensions and weight - dimensions are rounded to whole centimetres. Insurance from the integration settings goes to DPD as the declared value, rounded to whole zloty, and the label comes as A4 PDF, A6 PDF, A6 ZPL or A6 EPL.
DPD responds right away, so the shipment shows Created successfully or Creation failed right after it is sent. The tracking number is the DPD waybill number - the same one printed on the label.
How it works
Add the integration in the Ritevo panel and go through a short authorization with the provider. The process looks the same for every integration.
Each feature has its own switch in the integration settings, e.g. order syncing, message syncing or product synchronization.
Add automatic actions: documents, shipments and replies will run on their own.
