InPost Integration
Connect InPost to Ritevo and ship to Paczkomat parcel lockers directly from the order. The label is available right away in the order details, and cash on delivery (COD) is set automatically based on the order.
What the InPost integration covers
You connect the integration with the ShipX API token and organization ID from InPost Manager Paczek. We check the token in InPost right away - if it is wrong, you see the error returned by InPost and nothing is saved.
The shipment always goes to the parcel locker chosen by the buyer, and you can create it for an order from any sales channel. Allegro orders get the Paczkomat Allegro service, all others the regular Paczkomat service.
You pick the default parcel size - A, B or C - and the label format: A4 PDF, A6 PDF, A6 ZPL, A6 ZPL 300dpi or A6 EPL. The defaults are size A and an A6 PDF label, and insurance comes from the integration settings.
You set how you hand parcels to InPost: courier pickup, drop-off at a Paczkomat locker, at an InPost branch, at a POK, at a PaczkoPunkt or at any point. On top of that you enter the drop-off point code.
InPost creates the shipment in the background, so it first shows Being created. Once InPost assigns the tracking number, it changes to Created successfully - the same number is on the label.
How it works
Add the integration in the Ritevo panel and go through a short authorization with the provider. The process looks the same for every integration.
Each feature has its own switch in the integration settings, e.g. order syncing, message syncing or product synchronization.
Add automatic actions: documents, shipments and replies will run on their own.

No. The integration creates parcel locker shipments only, and the order must have a pickup point selected - without it InPost rejects the shipment.
InPost stops accepting the old token and the integration shows Reconnection required. Copy the current token from the API ShipX tab and paste it after clicking Update token - the settings stay unchanged.
