Connect your e-mail mailbox (IMAP/SMTP) and handle e-mails as message threads in the same inbox as your marketplace channels. Server settings are filled in automatically based on the address, and popular providers such as Gmail, Outlook or iCloud work out of the box.

How it works

Connect your account

Add the integration in the Ritevo panel and go through a short authorization with the provider. The process looks the same for every integration.

Enable the features you need

Each feature has its own switch in the integration settings, e.g. order syncing, message syncing or product synchronization.

Configure automations

Add automatic actions: documents, shipments and replies will run on their own.

Which e-mail providers are supported?

Any IMAP/SMTP mailbox. For Gmail, Outlook or iCloud use an app password generated in your account panel.
