Hurtownia Karm Integration

The wholesaler makes the offer available to us, so you enter no login details. You only type your own name for the integration, and the first offer fetch starts within a minute.

From the wholesaler's offer we fetch the name, code as SKU, EAN codes, description, images, manufacturer, category and weight. The wholesaler does not provide dimensions, and a product without a code is skipped, because SKU is required.

The price is fetched net, with the VAT rate and currency from the offer, and stock goes to a warehouse named “Hurtownia Karm”. A product is active only when the wholesaler marks it as active, visible and available for sale.

You choose how often we fetch the offer: LIVE (every hour), Every 2 hours or Every 6 hours. Never is set by default - then the offer is fetched only once, right after the integration is added.

Price rules and Stock rules change every price and every stock level from the wholesaler, for example to add a margin. You can add several Hurtownia Karm integrations, each with different rules.

Add the integration in the Ritevo panel and go through a short authorization with the provider. The process looks the same for every integration.

Each feature has its own switch in the integration settings, e.g. order syncing, message syncing or product synchronization.

Add automatic actions: documents, shipments and replies will run on their own.
