Shoper Integration
Connect your own Shoper store to Ritevo and run your sales from one panel. Buyer messages are handled through the e-mail integration in the shared inbox. Enable order syncing — and orders flow in automatically in the background. Configured automatic actions can issue an invoice and create a shipment for you.
What the Shoper integration covers
You connect the store by entering its address and the Client ID and API token from the Shoper panel. When your access details change, you update them together with the Update credentials button.
In Shoper every store creates its own statuses and payment methods, so nothing is assigned up front. Set the mapping right after connecting, before you turn on order fetching - otherwise orders arrive as Awaiting confirmation with the Other payment.
The chosen variant and whatever the buyer typed into the product's fields, for example an engraving text, are appended to the line item's name.
The dispatch date the store declared based on the products' lead times goes into the order as the dispatch deadline.
If you merged several orders into one in Shoper, Ritevo fetches the original orders and skips the merged one. That way the same goods are not counted twice.
How it works
Add the integration in the Ritevo panel and go through a short authorization with the provider. The process looks the same for every integration.
Each feature has its own switch in the integration settings, e.g. order syncing, message syncing or product synchronization.
Add automatic actions: documents, shipments and replies will run on their own.
